The staff I spoke with were pleasant, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The location was good too. Beyond that, though, the place was a wreck. The bathrooms had mold on the wall and in the shower, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout, especially in the lower stairwell. Linen bags and garbage cans were often left on the stair landings. One elevator was out of service; the other was slow and sometimes stopped at the wrong floor or failed to open its doors. I took the stairs to my fourth-floor room because I was afraid of getting stuck. I asked to change rooms and was moved, but the second one was only a little better and smelled just as bad. Moisture had also made the hallway wall outside it peel. There were only two bath towels, with no hand towel or bath mat, so the tile got slippery when wet. This was probably the worst hotel stay I’ve had. The place needs a thorough cleaning and sanitation.

The lack of private parking caused stress whenever we came back, and the room was hard to relax or sleep in because the AC was very noisy and the thin walls let through every sound from nearby rooms and the hallway. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. There was a musty smell as soon as we entered the rooms and corridors. The shower had visible fungus, and towels were never readily available. We had to ask over and over and wait a long time for something as basic as a towel. Staff were extremely slow and unhelpful, even with simple requests. For what we paid, the stay was unacceptable. I left frustrated and exhausted, and wouldn't stay here again.

The corridors were quite dirty, and the breakfast was horrible. At check-in, the girl at the front desk assured us there would be options for people with lactose intolerance, but that wasn't true. On the third day, a waiter treated us badly. We arrived to find no towels at all, no hand towels, and no toilet paper. The staff seemed to think that was fine and showed no concern about our discomfort. The place was dirty, and the staff had no empathy or interest in helping guests.

The location was good, that's about the only positive. There were cockroaches all over the room; I killed three on the first night alone. Parking was nearly always full, and getting the room cleaned required a request and then a 24-hour wait. The washing machine was broken, and the pool looked nothing like the advertisement. It wasn't maintained or cleaned. I wouldn't come back.
