We've stayed here before and keep coming back because it's such good value. The rooms are clean, breakfast is great, and the location is convenient. The staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. I've seen complaints about the A/C. It can get loud when the fan is on max, but that seems normal to me, and max isn't needed for a room this size. Panama is ALWAYS hot and humid, and this is a local business style hotel. They don't leave the A/C running before you've checked in, which I understand. If you want the room cooled ahead of time, you could send them your flight details and expected arrival time and ask nicely. If you're a very particular traveler, you can always stay at a Marriott chain hotel and pay American prices. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

I appreciated how dog friendly the hotel was. I could leave my dog in the room for short periods while I went out to run errands, which was really helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and breakfast was good, with a nice selection that changed daily. All the staff were wonderful, especially the cleaning ladies, who were so friendly and fun. Gracias!

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and for a 3-star hotel, Toscana Inn is good value. Breakfast was a decent buffet, even though the space is limited. There were a few minor noise issues, and construction made the rooftop a bit noisy. It's comfortable overall, though there’s no gym or business center.

The service is what made this stay stand out. Elizabeth, Rose, Gilberto, and José were warm, professional, and attentive throughout, and the attention was outstanding. The facilities were comfortable and the location was great too. Toscana Inn Hotel is an excellent place to stay, highly recommended.

Everything else felt pretty mid, you get what you get. The room was quite big and had a table for eating, but when I arrived all the rooms were open and hot. You have to shut your door and switch on the A/C yourself, and it's loud.
