The food was a highlight for me, with lots of choices and every meal better than I expected. The whole visit felt memorable thanks to the atmosphere and quality, and the staff were kind, attentive, and welcoming from the minute I arrived at the Westin Hotel in Panama. I had an amazing stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Panama. I’ll be back!

We felt so welcome at the hotel, and thanks for the Gold perks too. Moises made us feel like royalty as soon as we stepped out of the vehicle. Virgillo, though I might have the spelling wrong, recognized our loyalty status and greeted us warmly. Wonderful visit!

The location worked really well, with plenty of restaurants we could walk to. My wife and I stayed at The Westin Panama from Jan 11-19, 2026, and found the staff helpful and the service excellent. We had an excellent stay.

The pool was off limits to them again when they tried to go back for a photo before leaving. That came after my wife, who is from Panama, and my mother, who is from Germany, had a very disappointing visit to your (sensory) spa. They were booked for 30-minute massages but got only 20 minutes, and were treated rudely and arrogantly, especially by Sandra. They asked three times for more pressure, but the massages stayed extremely soft. The therapists were distracted and using their phones during the sessions. This service was unacceptable and fell short of the quality we expected.

The reviews are hilarious, they must be talking about some other Westin. The place on costa del este is lousy, barely even a 3-star hotel. I don't know which hotel everyone else is staying at.
