The people were really nice and kind.

The rooms were poorly lit, and being on a main avenue meant a lot of street noise. I had a terrible experience with the service and found the housekeeping and reception staff dishonest. I left a personal item behind, but nobody notified me. When I came back to claim it in person, I discovered that some rings had been stolen.

Everything was clean and fresh, and the central spot across from a mall is excellent. There’s parking, too. They no longer serve the morning buffet they used to have, though breakfast is still free.

From the 4th floor up, you get a lovely view of Misti and Chachani, and the city view is great. Rooms are small but very tidy. The hotel feels welcoming, and the reception staff were attentive and friendly, focused on guests' comfort and well-being. I had a wonderful experience.
