The rooms were comfortable enough, though ours had a bit of a smell. We got good service: we arrived before check-in time and received a message as soon as our room was ready. The location is very good, close to the main plaza.

I liked that the room was clean, but the hairdryers were a real problem. We tried three different ones. Two barely worked and smelled like burning, and the one we had was very weak, so there was no proper way to dry my hair. At breakfast, I told the woman preparing it to keep the balcony door closed because it was 10 degrees and freezing. Our hair was wet, and we didn’t want to get sick. She left it open anyway for no reason. That felt disrespectful and unkind.

The rooftop had nice views of Chachani and Misti volcanoes, and the location was convenient. But the room was noisy both from nearby bars or clubs until 3am and from kitchen prep during breakfast. The shower also leaves the bathroom floor flooded.

The staff were really nice, and since we left early they put together a breakfast box for us. The place is close to everywhere. The beds are a bit small and the rooms somewhat noisy, but we were happy with our stay.

The room was clean, and breakfast and WiFi were free. It’s affordable, has laundry service, and sits close to downtown, with lots of restaurants and tourist spots within walking distance. I’d recommend it.
