Hotel Yañez Inn

The room was completely unclean, with a broken wardrobe missing its door and a clothes hanger snapped in half. There was hair all over the bathroom and the toilet was filthy. When I went to complain, the woman acted as if I were making it up. I insisted she come see, and after looking for herself, all she said was, "That's odd." She did offer another room, but by then the whole thing had already taken too much of my time. I asked for at least a discount. When I first arrived from my trip, I'd gone there to make a reservation and found nobody at reception, only a little girl screaming and crying. After several minutes a woman came out, seeming rushed and somewhat improvised, and said, "You are so-and-so." She showed me to the room. I had also asked from the start about staying several days for work, but she only suggested I find another hotel. A terrible experience and a huge waste of time. It's not worth the price at all.
