The room was spacious and beautiful, with AC, and the view was lovely. It's close to the plaza too. There was no hot water, but in this hot climate the water wasn't freezing.

It's comfortable and has the basics. It could be better, but it's one of the best options in Bagua.

I confirmed my reservation the day before and told them I'd arrive at 5:00 AM. When I got there, they wouldn't open the door and said they'd sold my rooms. I was left stranded at that hour with an elderly person and nowhere to sleep. Terrible service. Booking here is a risk.

My room, 402, was clean and comfortable, and the hotel has the makings of a good place. But the tap, toilet, and shower water all looked cloudy. Opening the windows for fresh air let mosquitoes in, so they should add screens. There's no garage either. Three stars from me. I hope they improve, since the potential is there. Recommended 👍🏼
