4/10
We could hear the bar and restaurant seating right outside our room door, so it was quite noisy. The room itself was fine, and the young staff were friendly. But our Booking.com reservation included free breakfast for two, and they wouldn't honor it. They said we could only have one breakfast to share.

The charge was almost double what the Airbnb listing showed, and they didn't honor the reservation we made there. We were worn out after traveling for two days and had to work early the next morning, so we accepted it. In hindsight, we should've booked one night and renegotiated or found somewhere else for the remaining days. The room was fine, the venue comfortable, and the location close to many things. Service was excellent and helpful, especially from Samuel and Jesus, and the food was adequate.

The staff and service were great, and the hotel felt extremely modern, with every luxury you could want. Best hotel in Peru. Highly recommend.
