What I'll remember most is how caring the staff were. I got sick during our three-day stay, and they looked after me so attentively and kindly. The views are incredible, and the lobby and restaurant are decorated with real taste. We had a great stay, though we were genuinely sad to leave. Breakfast could use a little flexibility. It would be nice to pick at least two dishes from the menu, since many people want something sweet and something savory. At a hotel in this price range, paying extra for machine coffee at breakfast didn't feel right. The food was uneven too: some dishes were very good, while others could be better.

We only had one night here, but both dinner and breakfast were 10/10. The grounds are beautiful, the views are incredible, and the little touches made it clear they care about their guests. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the service was amazing. It's just five minutes from Huaraz airport.

The peaceful setting made it easy to relax and feel pampered. My boyfriend and I booked a two-night package and really enjoyed it. The staff were welcoming, the views spectacular, and there were hearty meals and good cocktails. They also organized all our tours really well.

We spent seven nights at the hotel in September, split between before and after the huayhuash trek. We fell for the place and its staff right away, and enjoyed our stay so much that we'd love to return. The hotel is tastefully decorated, and the view over it of the Cordillera Blanca mountains is beautiful. The staff helped with all our requests, and special thanks to Mariana for helping me book the rooms.

We came with 14 people for a three-night hiking and yoga retreat, and the experience was unforgettable. Everything at Cuesta Serena was impeccable, from the rooms and shared spaces to the food and service. The VIEWS were amazing. It's the most beautiful boutique hotel in the Cordillera Blanca, and we'd love to return.
