The welcome was warm, and the place was lovely, clean, and comfortable. We found good restaurants nearby and places to go out. Chachapoyas is peaceful and feels safe, with lots of excursions around it. I loved staying here.

The staff here are amazing. It's a clean, comfortable hostel with spacious rooms, cozy beds, a pleasant hot shower, and a tasty breakfast. The central square is just steps away, and the bus station is about a 10-minute walk. Highly recommend it.

Friendly, helpful staff and a good, filling breakfast made this our favorite hotel on our Peru trip. The room was cozy, and the hot water worked. Go without hesitation.

The room was really tiny, and the WiFi barely worked. On the plus side, breakfast was great, the tours were convenient and reasonably priced, the shower was great by South American standards, and all the staff were very friendly.

The owners and their family were among the most helpful and pleasant people I've met while traveling. The hospitality was great. Rooms were clean, there was hot water, and it was fairly quiet for sleeping, all at a good price.
