We stayed for two nights in August 2025. The hotel's central, quiet location is handy: it's near the market and shopping streets, with lots of restaurants around. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. The room itself was basic, with a TV and table, but there wasn't much space for luggage. Its only window faced the patio, and the shower was practically in the room, so it felt quite humid. The bedside tables had a thick layer of dust, and the cleaning could have been more thorough. Breakfast was the usual simple scrambled or fried eggs. It's an okay place, though a bit expensive for what you get. Still, staying here is a reasonable choice.

We spent two nights here. On paper it looked like a nice hotel, but there was no water in the rooms despite the heat outside. Our window faced the patio, where the music was very loud and there was a lot of light. The curtains didn't block it well. Breakfast was basically an egg, coffee, and three slices of bread, and it was disgusting. I won't go back.

The rooftop terrace where breakfast is served was a real plus, and I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is brand new and only a few steps from the main square. The reception staff were all very kind and helpful. If you're driving, they can arrange private parking for your car about a 10-minute walk away. Rooms have AC, a desk, and a smart TV. I really recommend it! :)

Friendly service around the clock, all week, and a fair price made this a place I'd recommend for a visit to Chiclayo. It's also close enough to the main square to walk there.
