The hotel was clean, with a nice staff, and looked very nice. There were three of us but only one towel. Bring good earplugs if you stay here: a club nearby played music all night, with a DJ yelling into a microphone in Spanish.

The rooms were clean and the service was excellent. It's on a busy avenue, close to several points of interest.

I'm staying here today, May 8th, and the hotel looks clean. My room window faces a skylight and wouldn't lock, so I called reception. The receptionist told me not to worry because nobody would come in, but I want a locked window regardless. I called half an hour ago and was told someone was coming. It's now past midnight, and I'm still waiting. Terrible service for a hotel that's supposed to be recommended.
