The staff are lovely, and the place is very clean, but I found it average. I’ve stayed everywhere from five-star hotels to dive hostels, and I don’t understand the high ratings. Maybe people are inexperienced, overly pleased, or just reluctant to complain. It doesn’t feel traditional at all, with plastic doors and windows, cheap decor and poorly chosen modern bathrooms. My room was next to reception, so it could get noisy. You can find much better in Cusco.

The staff were amazing and helped me a lot when I ran into taxi problems. The location is convenient, the rooms are cosy, and breakfast was very good. A wonderful place to stay in Cusco, 10/10!

The beds were very comfortable, and you could make coffee for free at any hour. Breakfast was decent, with a lovely view, and all in all I had a good stay. It was a little noisy, though, and having the bathroom inside the bedroom could feel unpleasant.

We loved the healthy local breakfast and the special view of Cusco. The hotel is cosy, clean and in a really beautiful location. The staff were kind, helpful, flexible and sweet.

The rooftop breakfast setting is fabulous, and the breakfast itself was outstanding. The room felt new, was very clean, and had an extremely comfortable bed. Amazing location, totally recommended!
