The receptionist was friendly, and the room was an okay size, but mornings were really noisy and you could hear other guests. They marked us as no-shows, and when we asked, the owner said we should sort it out ourselves because Booking.com had issues. Sir, you have to actively mark a guest as a no-show in the extranet, so you're lying to your guests. From other conversations we overheard, this apparently wasn't the first time. Shame on you.

Rooms are simple but great value for the price. There are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, and everything is close. A great place to stay.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the TV was a nice big one. We stayed for a few days with my wife, and the location was great. We booked a double but got a twin room, which was okay. I couldn't get hot water from the shower, no matter what time I tried, even though the sink faucet did have hot water. Frustrating, but forgivable. WiFi was just okay, slow but working most of the time. If you're on a budget, I'd definitely recommend staying here. B+++.

The room was nice, and the people were nice too. But we'd booked through Booking.com and arrived around 11:00 PM after taking the night bus. Later, we got a message saying the accommodation had canceled and we had to pay everything back, even though we'd already paid, checked in, and checked out. They gave a strange excuse for it.
