The price was way too high for what you get. The place was dirty, the service was bad, and the host wasn't accommodating. Thin walls and a lot of noise outside made it hard to sleep.

Cusco feels like home to me too. Daniel, thanks for being so warm, and Naida, thank you for your help. Rocío brought the music, and Eli went the extra mile with such kind service. The breakfast service was the highlight of my trip, spectacular.

The room wasn't cleaned properly, and the owner didn't interact well with guests. When I complained about the service, he told me to leave tomorrow, saying the sheets are changed every five days. Just a bad experience, and I'm leaving disappointed. I've never had a problem with any other hotel before.

The only good part was the very polite, gentlemanly young man who served us. The room didn't look like the photo, with basic plywood doors and old furniture, and what you pay doesn't match the room you get. The woman serving guests was grumpy, and the elderly person was unfriendly. Wouldn't recommend it.

The Hermoza family were incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was generous, delicious, and varied. The room was comfortable, with reliable hot water and good pressure. It was quiet enough to rest peacefully, and having a key to come and go was handy, especially for early tours. It's not quite 10 minutes from the city center, but buses and taxis make getting around easy. Highly recommended for a visit to Cusco!
