For the price, I think this hotel is fine, but keep in mind that the hot water isn't very warm and it gets cold at night. I moved my child from the third floor to the second. The bathroom wasn't very convenient either.

The staff were absolutely lovely, and breakfast had lots of choices and was very generous. We stayed several days and tried a few different rooms. Each had its good and bad points, but we felt comfortable overall. It was chilly at this time of year, though there were plenty of blankets to keep us warm at night. The place was clean, had hot water, and was ideally located in the city center in a quiet area.

The breakfast spread was small but had plenty of variety, and the staff were attentive and quick to help with what we needed. The hotel is only about an 8-minute walk from the plaza. Our room on the top, third floor was very cold, though the blankets kept us comfortable enough to sleep. I’d happily come back.

We could see Plaza de Armas from our room, and it’s just over a five-minute walk away. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast had bread, butter, eggs, cold cuts, coffee, milk, and yogurt. Hot water and tea were available during the day, including coca tea, which is useful for acclimatizing when you first arrive. The shower was hard to adjust. We reported the problem twice because it swung between very hot and cold, with weak pressure, though that seems to be an issue across the city. We only found out at the end that you could pay extra for a heater, so it would help to mention that when guests arrive.
