Hotel en Cusco

Sitting in the Jacuzzi with a glass of wine and my fiancee was lovely.

The hygiene was seriously poor. We were there for five days, and the bathroom in the dining room was never cleaned. It was disgusting, like a public restroom. They also left the beds unmade when we arrived, just smoothing the top part, and the toilet paper wasn't removed each day. Toilet paper, towels, shampoo, and soap only got replenished if we asked. Breakfast hours didn't work well for us, and the hotel is a long way from the center of Cusco.

Breakfast was awful. The server insisted it wasn't included and had to check with the hotel manager before confirming that it was. For two people we got six tiny round rolls, each about the size of a one-sol coin, one egg split between two plates, and a bowl of watermelon each. When we asked for more bread, they said nobody could go buy any. The bathroom was a problem too: a shower leak flooded it, and water spread into the bedroom all the way to the front door.

It's near a mall and the airport, which works well if you want to shop or do things like that. Just keep in mind that the hotel isn't close to Cusco's historic center.
