I had a great stay in Cusco, with comfortable rooms, tasty meals, and wonderful staff. The Wi-Fi could be better.

The reception and Doctor were great. Everything was clean and organized, and the whole process went smoothly and quickly from start to finish. Avoid those tourist trap Doctors in town!

Trying to book through their only contact option, WhatsApp, was extremely frustrating. The person replying would take an hour or more, or not respond at all. It was impossible to arrange an appointment when replies came so late and then they left me on read without confirming anything. They even said I had booked an appointment and asked for my details, but when I followed up a few days later to confirm, they didn’t acknowledge that appointment at all.

The staff were friendly, and the bathroom seemed clean enough. The lobby was tidy too. But the bedding looked worn and didn’t seem clean, and the carpets seemed dirty. I’m not trying to be snobby, but as a tourist I wouldn’t have chosen this place myself. Breakfast was very limited and never ready at the advertised time, or even the later time our guide confirmed. It was always late.

It’s a medical clinic, so replying to WhatsApp messages should be simple. Why have a WhatsApp channel if they’re happy to lose clients? The staff seem behind with technology.
