They cancelled our accommodation on the day we were due to arrive. That had never happened to me before, and it was a horrid experience.

I loved how peaceful it was next to the forest, a nice break from the city's noise. Inka Tambo Hacienda is beautiful and well maintained, with clean, welcoming facilities that felt like home. Alberto, the manager, was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help make our stay better. Fox and Jonas, the adorable dogs, made the place feel even warmer. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco looking for comfortable, charming accommodation.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a thermos of hot water waiting when we got back. Hot drinks are always available, and the rooms are cleaned every day. The owner is very friendly and the service is excellent. The location lets you get away from the city without being completely cut off, and there’s a lovely trail to walk along within the hacienda.

A beautiful place, both for its history and its decor. It's an old house full of stories, with lovely decoration, and our host Alberto gave us excellent service. It’s farther from the center, which suited us well because we could sleep peacefully. In the center there’s a lot of noise from music.
