The location is great and the family staff are friendly, but during our five-day stay there were several hours with no water at all. Hot water was also almost nonexistent. We managed one hot shower after three days, but only after finding a hotel worker at 10:30 pm and waiting longer for him to turn it on. I don't know how a hotel can operate without hot water, since it's such a basic need. That one shower had its own problem: there was no door or curtain, so water ended up all over the bathroom floor. We really wanted to like this place, but I can't give it any stars.
