The staff are what made this a five-star stay for us. Yulisa was especially enthusiastic about helping with our requests and had great suggestions for places to eat nearby. The room itself had the simple Euro-style setup people mention, with beds, a desk, and a bathroom, all quite nice.

The staff were friendly and courteous, and the rooms are good quality, comfortable places to relax without being anything remarkable. The inner courtyard is a pleasant spot to sit, though noise from other rooms and the fountain carries in there. It gets very warm around the sofas because there's no shade, and nowhere to wait that's both cool and shaded. A shaded area in the courtyard would help. Breakfast is basic, and could use a little more day-to-day variety for longer stays.

The staff were super nice, and the rooms were pretty quiet compared with the other place I stayed. It's very central too. I liked this place a lot and would definitely come back.

Munay Wasi worked perfectly for the three of us, friends in our thirties, before and after hiking. It's clean and homey, with a beautiful courtyard and kind staff. We could walk to pretty much everything, and it's a comfortable option if you don't want to pay for more expensive accommodations. I'd highly recommend it.

The location was good, but the breakfast wasn't. The food needs improvement, especially the service in the restaurant. Housekeeping in the room also wasn't very good.
