The town center has a lovely garden with flowers and trees, and plenty of gift shops around the square. The hotel is just one block from the center. There’s also a wonderful pizza restaurant right across the street with a wood fired oven.

There was a mildew smell, and I have a strong mold allergy. My eyes started burning, my throat itched, and I got congested as soon as we reached our room. We had to switch hotels after being checked in for only 20 minutes. I would have been sick as a dog if we’d stayed.

Big rooms, a nice bed, and an okay shower. The hotel is picturesque and centrally located in cuzco, near the attractions and nightlife. Staff were nice, WiFi and breakfast were good, and the bar was decent.

Breakfast starts at 4am, which is really useful. The front desk staff are super helpful and go out of their way to take care of you. The rooms are great, the restaurant is very good, and the hotel is very well located.

The location is good, but we felt completely unsafe and disregarded. Items were stolen from our room and even from the hotel lobby. After we reported it, staff put off reviewing the security footage for three whole days, which made it nearly impossible to do anything. Reception were incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout. I strongly advise against staying here.
