Hotel Unu

The location was a real plus, right beside a park and quite peaceful. Breakfast was acceptable too, with a decent range of options. But for a four star hotel, I expected much more. The online photos made the room look different. Mine had no decor, just white walls, a bed, a table, and one chair. It felt like a room in a psych ward. I booked for two people, yet there was only one towel, one cup, and one bottle of water. They said another bottle would cost extra. That seemed odd after my previous hotel had left fresh water each night. I also had to ask for a second set of towels every night. There was another hassle with payment. I booked through an online travel agency like Expedia, and apparently they don’t do prepaid bookings. Even though my email and confirmation said it was paid, the hotel’s system hadn’t charged me. I got hassled about payment whenever I walked past the front desk, through no fault of my own. I’d rate this around 3-3.5 stars.
