Gran hotel Jungla

The restaurant is a 10/10, and the pool is fine, nothing special but perfectly acceptable. The place itself is cool and huge, though it needs more cleaning staff. There's dust and cobwebs all over.

The bathroom in my room was dirty, and the water came out brown. They wouldn't change the sheets or towels, and got upset when I brought it up. I also asked for an electronic receipt. They said they'd bring it to my room, but it never came. When I asked about the receipt, they got annoyed. The attendants didn't seem to know much about cleaning, gave poor information, and made faces when I asked questions. It felt like they didn't want to work. This was my first and last stay, and I can't recommend the place.

I've stayed here when visiting Iquitos, and I recommend it. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the place is quiet with friendly, attentive staff. It works for a short visit or a longer one, whether you're here for work, a vacation, or just some time to relax. There's a conference center and a very clean pool. The restaurant could use some improvement. There's a nightclub next door, plus two pharmacies and a supermarket with a food court nearby.

A pool makes a hotel stay so nice, and the service here was perfect. I highly recommend this place.
