We paid a hefty 89 soles a night through Booking.com for a double room that looked promising at first. The receptionist greeted us warmly. The room stayed comfortable overnight and had plenty of blankets, but figuring out the electrical outlets was tricky if you weren’t prepared. Luckily, we still had our Central America adapters. Getting help was frustrating. The Wi-Fi and shower were extremely unreliable, and the TV switched off every half minute when we tried it one evening. I went to reception three times over two evenings to ask about these problems. Each time, before I could even get my questions out, the receptionist said, "I'll be back in five minutes." He never came back. The location is handy for getting around on foot, with the main terminal and especially the Puno colectivos departure point an easy walk away. Food stalls and other everyday necessities are right outside. For the price, we can only advise against staying here.

A nice place to stay, especially for the carnivals in Juliaca. The receptionist is really friendly. I highly recommend it! 👍 👍 👍

The room was great, though cold, which is normal in this region. At least there was heating. The man at reception deserves a special mention for his friendly, helpful service. We’d booked only shortly beforehand, but he still got up early to let us out at 5:00 a.m. He also shared public transport tips and arranged a taxi to the airport. Thank you so much!

The receptionist was incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent. Having an elevator was a huge help with my heavy luggage, and the breakfast they provided was absolutely delicious. I’d definitely stay again if I travel to Juliaca.

Outside, the hotel looks quite cluttered, but step inside and it’s a paradise. Highly recommended.
