We were most struck by Joe's hospitality. He was always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed, and more. He even drove us around the area and dropped us at our first destination. On our last day, the three of us went to breakfast together. The old, elegant house was exquisite, and our room was very spacious, with a wonderful shower and a large closet. The location right in the park felt like a luxury, quiet and beautiful, with great restaurants and bars close by. Breakfast was incredible. We later went out to find that croissant again because we'd never tasted one like it, from Don Mamino Bakery, San Isidro. Our stay in May 2026 was truly memorable, and we'll definitely return when we go back to Lima.

The host is wonderfully kind and always ready to help. He clearly loves Lima and wants guests to feel at ease and enjoy their time in the city. He’s very talkative, too, and shared great tips for the many sights, plus his favorite restaurants and bars. The rooms have charming, classic furnishings, and breakfast is simple but good. It’s right in central Lima, yet a quiet place to spend the night. I’d highly recommend it for your first few nights in Peru.
