The staff made the stay especially welcoming, from the housekeepers and waiters to reception and the doormen. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and breakfast was delicious, with lots of buffet choices and à la carte options included. Late night room service was good too. There's a nice pool and hot tub on the terrace, the location feels safe, and plenty of great restaurants are nearby. The hotel is gorgeous and exceeded my expectations, so I'd happily recommend it and stay again. Sharing the room can feel awkward if you're not close with the other person, since the bathroom and shower don't offer much privacy. The terrace hot tub could also be warmer. Those were my only complaints.

I stayed a few nights and liked this better than the other doubletree in Miraflores for its interiors and the feel of the hotel. The location is ideal, the service is amazing, and the rooms are beautiful and well maintained.

It's a stylish, modern hotel in a mostly residential area, with tasteful, elegant decor in the rooms and shared spaces. The restaurant serves delicious food in a garden setting, and room service is available 24 hours. There are a few upscale restaurants within walking distance, though most were closed for dinner when we were there on Monday and Tuesday.

Between our trips around Peru to Paracas, Cusco, and Machu Picchu, Hugo Zapata and the rest of the Doubletree team were always there for my family, making sure we could rest up and recharge for the next adventure. The ambience, staff, location, and the atmosphere this team created were phenomenal. I've stayed at Hilton properties around the world, and this one's my favorite. Thanks to the Double Tree staff for making our Peru trip amazing.

The food is really good, the hotel is amazing, and the staff are polite and very friendly. But the security service was so unsatisfactory that I gave it one star. They followed behind me, impolitely asked whether I was staying at the hotel, and demanded to see my room card. That felt ridiculous when you can't get to the room floors without one. For this reason alone, I wouldn't stay again.
