I’m especially grateful to the staff for taking such good care of me when I got sick. I was alone while my friends were on an excursion, and Jesus from security and Iris at the front desk helped with everything, from checking my temperature to getting medication and hydration solutions. They even checked in during my stay to see if I was okay. Their help went above and beyond, and I was really impressed. I was there for my last stop before leaving Peru. The hotel was modern and comfortable, in a great location, and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food was very good too. I’d recommend staying here in Lima, and I’d happily return.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was lovely and clean as a whistle. The windows were a bit dirty, which was the only flaw. This place is top notch. Four Points in the US could learn a thing or two from a trip down here!

We could walk to the ocean, parks, restaurants, bars, and clubs from here. The hotel sits on a quiet street just a block or two from the busier ones, and the rooms were a nice size. Staff were really friendly. I'd happily stay again.

I was upgraded to a suite, and it was a great room. There aren't really any standout views, but the service was solid throughout. The staff were helpful and bilingual, and breakfast was consistently spot on. I usually avoid eating dinner at hotels.

We stayed here twice, and the WiFi worked well and was fast in both rooms. Rooms are comfortable, furnished well, and a decent size. The included breakfast is buffet style. The location is excellent, just a block east of Kennedy Park.
