I expected to stay seven days, but checked out within 12 hours. The windows were cheap and my room was freezing. The sheets were so thin I could see the flowers on the mattress, and the blanket was so light I put all my clothes back on. The door only had a simple push lock, with no bolt. A nearby nightclub played music until 2am on Sunday night into Monday morning. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and instant coffee. Not how I wanted to start an adventure. Even the desk staff were wearing coats, as you can see in the picture. Freezing!

The pool and atmosphere were nice, and breakfast was good with fair prices and good service. Drinks and lunch cost a lot, though, and the Wi-Fi wasn't reliable.

The staff kept helping us with our questions about the city and made a big effort to translate between English and Spanish. They even brought breakfast to our bed. We had a lovely time at the hotel.

Great customer service, awesome food, and the AC worked really well. I thought it was a great hotel.

Given the accommodation options in the area, this is the only decent place to get a good night's sleep. It has air conditioning and a pool, and I was satisfied.
