Hampton San Isidro para Lima Tours

The staff were friendly and professional, and Maria was a lovely host in the restaurant. We arrived several hours before check-in, so they kept our luggage while we walked around and had lunch. Our room had two twin beds and was clean, tidy, and equipped with the usual hotel basics. The wifi worked well, and the fridge had soft drinks and beer. Breakfast was included and pretty good. The hotel is in a great part of Lima, with restaurants and cafes nearby, and the nightly rate was very reasonable. I'd gladly stay again, it's great value for a hotel in San Isidro.

After traveling to the interior of the country, we returned late at night to find that there was no room for the five days we'd reserved four days earlier. We'd made that reservation twice, and they had even printed our passport. Rodolfo assisted us, but they gave us just one day, so we had to find another hotel early that morning. It felt like they were practically kicking us out. When we checked out, the manager asked if we'd found a hotel and only then offered us a better price if we came back after two days. I don't know if that's how they operate, but we won't return or recommend this hotel. The first room had smelled strongly of a drain, so the whole room stank. They changed it, and the next room was better.

The food was good, though there weren't many options. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were really friendly. I stayed just one night, but everything else was perfect. If I come to Peru again, I'll definitely stay here.

There's a small lounge and an outdoor spot for smokers, but no separate bar apart from the dining area. The food selection is excellent, which you'd expect in Lima. Staff are welcoming and kind, can help with getting around the city or to the airport, and speak good English. It's a nice little hotel in San Isidro, about a five minute walk from the area's main shopping streets.
