Hilton Garden Inn Lima Miraflores

The location makes it easy to go out for dinner, shop, and take an evening stroll. It’s a sleek, modern hotel, and my husband especially likes that they offer daily housekeeping. There’s also a nearby laundry service that delivers clothes washed and pressed for a reasonable price. The staff made the stay for us. Alvarado and Alexis gave us customer service unmatched by any other Hilton I’ve stayed at. The doormen greeted us with real smiles, like family coming home after a long day. I’ll miss everyone when we leave, but we plan to come back.

We’re using the Hilton Garden Lima as a base for a few days of exploring Lima and other parts of Peru. From our room on the 15th floor, we get lovely views across the city and sea. The room and the rest of the hotel are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the shower is the best. The staff have been so friendly, especially Jimmy, who took great care of us at breakfast. Thanks for making our first Peru trip feel so welcoming. I’d recommend staying here.

We spent a week here on our return visit, a year after first staying at HGI Miraflores, and it was wonderful all over again. Everyone and everything was fabulous, and we left feeling like family. Jimmy at breakfast deserves a special mention. He clearly loves his job, wants to make people happy, and is smiling the whole time. He quickly feels like more than just a friend. Thanks to everyone. Hilton Honors gave us access to an extra à la carte breakfast menu, which was a nice surprise. I had the avocado toast and loved it, while my wife enjoyed the eggs Benedict. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, and Galahan, who served us, was attentive and kind. He really cared that we left happy. It was a lovely start to the day at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lima, and I wanted to thank the team. If I come back to Lima, I’ll return for breakfast and hope to see those same staff members again.
