The staff were really friendly and attentive, and the room was comfortable and clean. It’s a great base for relaxing and enjoying the area, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all nearby. I had an excellent stay and would definitely come back.

It was a VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. The receptionist was rude when I asked whether the sheets and pillowcases left on the bed meant the room had been cleaned or was still being prepared. There wasn’t a blanket, just a thin sheet, which wasn’t enough for the cold. The room had drywall, so I could hear all the activity at reception and in other areas.

The staff were attentive and helpful, but my night was miserable. I asked for a quiet room and got one near reception, where loud staff conversations carried on until midnight. Visitors coming and going early in the morning kept waking me. The family room offer and positive online reviews had led me to expect something else, though the massage ads at the entrance and hourly rates at reception were warning signs. They also told me there are no hotels in the area.

Great location, pleasant rooms with Netflix, and friendly staff. 10/10.
