The location was the one good thing. The place was dirty and damp, with old, filthy carpets and blankets. The bathroom was old and awful. Breakfast wasn't included as a package, and they wouldn't refund the money if it went unused. Reception staff were unkind.

I had an email confirmation after booking on the website, which may have been sent automatically. But when I arrived, there was no Bonbini Hotel. They now call it Golden.

It's very close to the historic center, but the place felt somewhat dirty. The internet hardly worked, and the area felt dangerous at night.

A cozy, comfortable spot to stay. I'd recommend it wholeheartedly.

For what we paid, it was good, and the help we got was really useful.
