The room had no towels and no hot water. When I tried to get help recovering a valuable item I’d lost, they blocked me on WhatsApp and made it difficult. The customer service and support were terrible. It felt like nobody was in charge, and they offered no immediate solution. I don’t recommend it.

We stayed for 5 days, and the sheets were stained. There was only one towel for two of us. The shower door was missing, so water leaked out of the bathroom and all the way into the room. Each day we had to dry our clothes by laying them on the floor. We told the receptionist every day, but one day he even said I was probably using too much water pressure on the tap. It was missing a door, sir! On the last day we woke up to noises from another room. Don’t go with children, it’s not suitable for them. The location is good, but I wouldn’t come back.

The service and location were good, but the rooms weren’t clean. We had to be moved twice.

Water from the shower ended up all over the bathroom, and the sheets didn’t fit the bed. The double bed had sheets sized for a twin.

The bathroom was spotless, and the room stayed comfortable without getting hot, even though some rooms don’t have a fan. There’s a TV with several channels. Prices were between 70 and 100.
