The Miraflores district in Lima is beautiful and feels safe, and this hotel has reasonable rates compared with others right nearby. Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. Hot water was available outside peak times, or if you were the first to shower in the morning. The front desk staff felt colder and more distant than they should have; friendly customer service matters. Still, they run the business well and my stay was positive overall.

Nothing was seriously wrong, but it was just an okay hotel. It's a bit away from the centre of Miraflores, and the price feels steep for what you get, though everything in Lima is expensive. Breakfast is limited to two sandwiches and eggs. The rooms feel a bit dated, and the bathrooms are so small only one person fits at a time.

The rooms are decent, the price is typical for Miraflores, and breakfast is very good. The hotel itself is fine, but the service wasn't great, and reception staff don't speak English. I'd return, though not because of the service.

The rooms are very comfortable, and the service was excellent. It's a cozy little hotel, very close to downtown Miraflores and near restaurants, banks, and main roads. Recommended.
