4/10
Hot water, air conditioning, and daily room service were about the only positives. The beds are very small and a bit hard, with just one pillow each. The location is okay, but the whole place feels stuck in the 90s and hasn’t been updated. The Wi-Fi was awful, barely connecting, painfully slow when it did, and constantly dropping. I also lost a room key and they charged $10 USD for a plastic key that costs 50 cents, which lost them another star. I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I had to be in this area. The hotel is okay, modest at best.

The hospitality was great and the place was clean. I’m giving it four stars because I lost the room key. Someone told me the day before it would cost 10 soles, but today they changed that to 10 dollars for a plastic key! 🔑

We stayed five days. The room was clean, and the people were really friendly, but the bed was like a rock and very hard to sleep on. The tub handle also kept coming loose every time we showered.

The restaurant has a good selection, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was adequate, though the showers can turn lukewarm when the hotel is busy.

I’d rate it 10 out of 10.
