For a two-star place, it was a fairly comfortable stay, and the clean bed alone earned it a star from me. The shower got hot, though it took a while to warm up. The neighborhood was noisy and the room felt a bit pricey for one night, but if location is your main reason for staying, it does the job. That was pretty much what we got: the Wi-Fi wasn't working at the time, and there was no breakfast included, despite what was advertised here. I raised the issue with reception, and they understood and sorted it promptly.

They let me check in early in the morning and even prepared breakfast. The staff were very helpful, and the hotel is very close to the station and shopping mall, which was great. They offer an airport transfer for 45 sol. I'll come back when I'm in Lima again.

The location was okay, and the staff were really professional and nice. My room and bathroom were clean, and they served a good breakfast.

Close to the central station and historic Lima. Breakfast in the morning was decent, and the staff were really kind.

I paid for the room in advance, but even though the receptionist told me checkout was Thursday, the owner made me leave on Wednesday at noon. I arrived at 1:00 am on the 27th and was kicked out at 12:00 am on the 28th, after paying everything upfront. When I asked for the complaint book, they first refused, saying my complaint wasn't valid to them, then finally handed it over reluctantly. The service was awful. The building is old, with cracks in the beams, bathroom tiles swollen from moisture, and such a strong damp bathroom smell that it filled the room. I wouldn't return. I hope people reading this also look at the other reviews, because they're right about the bad smell, damp rooms, and terrible service.
