Miraflores is a great base from here. Whenever we passed the front desk, the staff were friendly, and when our WiFi stopped working, reception sent someone to sort it out right away. We had a really pleasant stay at the Indigo.

Angela at the desk made a great impression. She was warm and helpful, with useful suggestions for places to eat and things to see nearby. The hotel has a modern look, and its cozy cafeteria worked well for an easy dinner or a drink in the evening. We were in Lima for the first time and booked with IHG points. We were pleasantly surprised to get a larger room with two queen beds, which gave the three of us plenty of comfortable space. It was spotless, and we could walk to nearby cafés and attractions. A very good beginning to our trip, with a convenient location and excellent service.

We were right by the elevators and never heard them. Even with a busy street outside, the room stayed quiet. The blackout curtains made it easy to sleep in, and the bathroom water got hot quickly. Larcomar, restaurants, and other attractions are all close by.
