The rooms were decent, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There’s no air conditioning, just a fan with a broken switch. The lighting is awful, the bathroom smelled like sewage, and the water pressure was extremely low.

Nights at the Primacia were cold. We asked for an extra blanket, and there’s no AC. The rooms are big but chilly. Staff were friendly overall. There’s a chicken place across the street for a bite, though don’t expect much variety there or in the surrounding area. The hotel was clean, but room service wouldn’t leave soap in the bathroom. I still wake up at night shouting, asking why. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re going to the nearby stadium, or to the water circuit, which isn’t a big deal either. The price was just okay, and overall it wasn’t a good deal.

We used the hotel for one night between our bus and airport, and it was really comfortable. A kind receptionist arranged a secure taxi for us on time. The room was large, had a wonderful bathroom, and the view from the 7th floor was amazing. There’s an elevator.
