A double room was 70 soles a night, and I was told checkout was by 11 AM. You can come and go at night since reception is open 24 hours. I felt safe as soon as I arrived, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable, with colored lights, though I could sometimes hear noise from other rooms. Drinks and other extras were pricey, about twice the usual cost. A bottle of water that normally goes for 1.5 soles could be as much as 4 soles, and I couldn't find a cheaper shop nearby. The service and attention were good enough that I’d recommend the place.

The rooms were clean and tidy when we got there, and they were very comfortable. There’s hot water, Wi-Fi, a phone in the room, cable TV, and service around the clock, plus security at the entrance. La Perla, Callao is a great location, in a quiet area where it feels nice to take a walk at night, go for dinner, or just stroll around. Highly recommend! ✊🏻👍🏻

The person answering questions was so unresponsive and stubborn, and the customer service was awful. They should replace her. I’m definitely not coming back.
