The upstairs bar was a fun place to visit later in the evening, and everything else here was on point too. I loved the food, which was my favorite of all the places we ate in Peru, and the rooms were fantastic. You can walk to all the main attractions in Miraflores. As an American tourist, this is the only place I'd stay if I came back to Peru.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were attentive, and our room was very clean. We also enjoyed the gym and the rooftop pool and bar. Breakfast was delicious, though it wasn't included in our stay.

Stefanny, Anthony, Johanna, and Sofía deserve special thanks for making our stay feel magical. The whole team went out of their way to make us feel at home. Breakfast has plenty of European and Peruvian choices, and the food is great. Up on the roof, the music was nice, the pool was pleasantly warm on cooler evenings, and the bar and restaurant served excellent tapas. I especially recommend the mini burgers, empanadas, and quesadillas. The hotel can also store your luggage and provides bikes for exploring the city.

We spent two nights here and loved it. Miraflores is easy to explore from this location, and Barranco is only a short Uber ride away. The staff were really friendly. The gym and rooftop pool were great, and we appreciated the two free welcome drinks. The only snag was that we couldn't connect our phones to the room TV, even though it was supposed to be possible.

I want to thank Sofía, the guest experience manager at INNSiDE Miraflores Perú, for the care she showed during my stay. I had a bathroom issue, and she dealt with it quickly and professionally, with real concern. Her follow-up afterward was just as admirable. It's been a long time since I've experienced service at this level. Sofía handled the problem efficiently and represented the brand so well that she left a lasting, very positive impression. She's the reason I would choose innside Meliá again in the future.
