The rooms were clean and in good condition, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. Prices are reasonable for the area, which is good too. Still, the customer service was very poor. The receptionist and the men in the parking lot were unfriendly and didn't even return greetings. There was a musty smell in the rooms, and you can hear everything outside. Single rooms don't have a mini-fridge.

I was satisfied with the room, but the thin blankets weren't warm enough for the cold nights. They should provide extra blankets or tell guests they can ask for them.

They charged me for a room that was in poor condition, with only national TV channels. When problems came up because of the hotel's own issues, they offered a supposed refund of 20 soles, as if that made the room worth that little. Service was terrible. The receptionist, Yahaira Altamirano, was incredibly rude and ill-mannered, swearing and speaking badly about a customer right in front of them.

We liked the room, which is why I'm giving it four stars. The place feels like a hostel disguised as a hotel, and the person who served us was cold, curt, and very rude. I felt like he suspected I was going to steal from him.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Good place.
