The staff were nice, but our room had no window and didn't look like the photo on the booking website.

I was in town for work for several days, and I’ve already booked another stay. The rooms have been renovated, everything was spotless, and the staff were really friendly.

The room felt damp, which was the one downside for us. Still, for the price and the location, we had a good stay. Restaurants and other amenities are close by, and the managers were friendly and helpful. We slept very well our first night, the breakfast was very good, and the setting was lovely. There was a small booking mix-up, but they sorted it out quickly.

I keep coming back whenever I’m in Peru, partly because the location works well and the price feels fair. The people are very friendly. Humidity has been a serious problem, though, and I hope that’s been fixed. They’d also been doing repairs and trying to reduce the noise for a while, so hopefully that’s improved too.

We were all comfortable here, including our baby, and the beds were really spacious. The rooms were very clean, there was hot water, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was basic but delicious. Highly recommended! 👍🏼
