The rooms are spacious and clean, and the setting has a lovely old Spanish hacienda feel. Sound insulation is poor, though. We could hear all the traffic and passing trains. Service wasn’t great either: we couldn’t pay by card, and the invoice we asked for at checkout wasn’t available. We paid 926 soles for three nights. Hopefully the invoice will arrive by email.

The room was small, and the price is far too high for what you get. The guests were noisy, and the restaurant served the worst food I’ve ever had in a hotel. It was disgusting, just powdered soup from a packet.
