The manager treats you terribly, and there’s nobody to sort things out because the owners can’t speak to them. They don’t respect the rates and change the price if you stay for a while. There’s no breakfast, so you have to eat outside. They don’t provide body wash, and you have to keep asking for shampoo. You can’t leave your bags at reception, and when it comes down to it, you have to leave. I asked for complaint forms but wasn’t given any. They don’t care at all. A truly disastrous hotel with terrible service.
