The host was so friendly and helped me work through all sorts of problems, even offering help with exchanging currency. I found the hostel clean, cozy, and comfortable, and it’s a short walk to the main road and downtown sights. Although it’s close enough to the airport to walk, the place was surprisingly quiet with no plane noise. Great value for the money, and I’d recommend it.

The room was the nicest we had in perù, and the owners and workers were lovely and accommodating. The window wouldn’t shut all the way, though, and despite asking, our room wasn’t cleaned during the five days we stayed. One day they said they’d cleaned it, but it still hadn’t been done. The location suits a Lima layover; like other airport areas, it’s far from everything else.

After more than 18 hours of travel, we were glad to find huge portions of good food on the rooftop terrace. The host picked us up at the airport, and the terrace was lovely for dinner. Our room was nicely decorated, with comfortable beds. A great choice if you need to stay near Lima airport between flights.

This can be decent value if all you need is a rest before another flight, and the staff are kind and helpful. Still, it isn’t the cheapest option in this area, which feels like the middle of nowhere. It’s about ten minutes from the airport, but getting anywhere else often takes over an hour, and buses are almost impossible to use. You may save on the room but spend it on taxis. They can arrange transport, though it costs double the usual price. The room is very small, so having breakfast in it wasn’t convenient. The breakfast itself was a tiny serving of scrambled eggs with tea, juice, and coffee. Once my coffee arrived cold. There’s only a window onto the hall, and the bathroom has no privacy.

My girlfriend and I had our worst stay in Perú here. The bed was comfortable and the service polite, but the rooms were shabby and old. Although it’s only a ten-minute ride from the airport, the neighborhood felt deserted, run-down, and a little dangerous. I’d rather stay somewhere nicer and travel a bit farther to the airport. They also cancelled our booking.com reservation after we had paid. I can’t say why, but it seemed it could have been to avoid paying them or to stop us from leaving a review.
