The room was comfortable and the mattress was good. The rest didn’t feel up to a 4-star hotel. Staff didn’t speak English, and the breakfast area was cramped and overcrowded, with guests waiting for tables. The breakfast itself was very basic and poor quality.

The suite had everything I want for a few days away, including a kitchen with microwave, a modern bathroom, and an excellent TV setup with 2 TVs, 1 smart. Most of all, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too. A great place to stay in Miraflores.

We always found space for our rental car in the small parking lot out front, and the hotel has 24-hour security, which made us feel safe. The room and bathroom were clean, with a beautiful modern style. Staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke a little English. There was a wide variety at breakfast. I’d definitely recommend it!

We came here at the end of 20 days of travel and hiking for our 25th anniversary, hoping to relax in a Jacuzzi tub and King bed before flying home. Instead, this was a true disappointment. We prepaid and reserved a Superior suite, but qp Hotels says they only had a booking for a normal room with a queen bed and no request for a Superior room. That is definitely not a queen bed. I showed them 2 confirmations and the voucher proving what we paid months ago, but they still wouldn’t return the price difference. The bed is the worst we’ve ever slept on. It feels like a pullout couch mattress, it’s so thin, and there’s even a high bar. My husband is 5ft 10in and his feet hang off the end. We’re supposed to be up early, but it’s 12 midnight and we can’t sleep. No way this is 4 Stars.
