We’d had a very good first stay here when we initially arrived in Peru, so we returned after Machu Picchu and Cusco. The location in Miraflores is convenient and the property is well situated, but service was much less consistent on our second visit. We added one night, and during that extension the room care slipped. On the second night there was no water refill, tea bags weren’t replaced, used glasses weren’t washed or swapped out, and the coffee wasn’t replenished. Small things, but they say a lot about daily attention to the room. At breakfast on departure day, we ordered eggs and were brought a plain omelette without anyone asking how we wanted them. Basic communication should be standard at this hotel’s level. It seemed understaffed, which might explain the lack of attentiveness. The checkout was the biggest concern. At check-in, staff helped with our five bags, which we have because we’re traveling extensively. When I politely asked for help at checkout, I waited at the desk for several minutes expecting the same coordination. Instead, I was told it was “self-service.” If they don’t provide luggage help, that should be communicated clearly and applied consistently. The difference between arrival and departure is what bothered me. The property has a lot of potential, but the contrast with our first stay suggests service execution has declined. Standards need to be dependable if guests are expected to return.

The decor feels like a TGI Fridays where you can actually stay overnight. It made me think, “man I wish I could just sleep here.” The hotel itself is nice enough, the staff were all lovely, and the location is excellent. Breakfast was good too.

Breakfast had plenty of choice, from hot and cold dishes to fruit, vegetables, proteins, cereal, made-to-order eggs, and drinks. The location also made it easy to walk to nearby attractions. I arranged a late checkout ahead of time with Gabriela and Roy because my flight was very late, and the fee was quite reasonable. After long days exploring Lima, it was a relief to come back to a clean, safe hotel with such friendly people. Elizabeth welcomed me with a smile at the desk and was there to say goodbye too. She and the rest of the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. I was very happy with my stay and plan to return to Radisson RED Miraflores on my next trip.

Carlos Enrique at the rooftop Oui Bar really stood out. He was courteous and helpful, and made my time in Lima feel special and memorable. My recent stay at Radisson Red Mirafloresse was great too, both the room and the service.

Breakfast was good, and the room was clean and nice. I took down the do not disturb sign around 3 pm, and when I got back the room had been cleaned. The location is handy for restaurants and shopping. My flight was delayed, so I arrived really late, but they still had a room for me 😆. Staff were friendly.
