The sheets were dirty, and the service and attention were poor. A bad experience.

The prices are outrageous, and the receptionist’s service was terrible. They seem to assume everyone is paying by the hour. They should ask travelers or couples whether they’re staying overnight before charging by the hour.

AWFUL. The most serious part was that the receptionist decided to keep my partner’s ID. I won’t be coming back, and I’d tell anyone hoping to avoid an uncomfortable experience not to go. I don’t remember the young woman’s name, but she was young, brunette, plus-size, and had curly hair. She made a scene in front of my partner and her colleague because we were five minutes over our time in the room. She said I was disrespectful when I answered her call telling us our time was up. That was FALSE. The receptionist’s service was TERRIBLE. The hotel should keep this in mind when renewing staff contracts, because leaving her there will only make it lose guests.

The rooms were nice, and the bathrooms were spotless. I’m not from the area, but the location felt quite private. It’s a nice, discreet motel.
