Villa Barranco by Ananay Hotels

We slept really well in the junior suite, which was lovely. The staff were lovely too, and breakfast was first class. We stayed for 3 nights and used their e-bikes to explore Lima. We'd definitely come back.

Patricio, the owner, was friendly and gave us helpful suggestions for Lima and Cusco. He planned a perfect one-day itinerary in the Sacred Valley and helped book lunch at a hacienda. The villa is well placed for Barranco's restaurants and shops, with charming gardens and outdoor space. Our room was large, and Villa Barranco is a lovely hotel. I'd highly recommend staying here.

It costs more than some other hotels in the area, though it also wasn't as crowded. The hotel is beautiful, and the birds outside were really relaxing to hear. A few rooms are dimly lit, and there weren't many complimentary things. Breakfast was nice, though the bacon could've been crispier.

We loved the room, which was spacious and comfortable, and the location made it easy to wander to lively restaurants and cozy coffee shops. The hotel has a cool feel, blending colonial architecture with contemporary and vintage art. Staff were friendly and attentive. One rooftop had delicious breakfasts, and we enjoyed pisco sours on the other.
